2020 Youth Provincials

Every March, Youth Provincials puts an exclamation mark on the grassroots and community season, welcoming more than 100 boys’ and girls’ teams from not only across Alberta, but also extending an invitation to our friends in the Northwest Territories, for two or three fun days/a weekend of non-stop action. The Saville Community Sports Centre is wall-to-wall with games as youth of all ages compete for medals, in an annual celebration of competition, teamwork, participation, and everything that makes our game special.

Participating teams will receive the following:
Minimum of 3 games played
Opening Ceremony with guest speakers
Tournament T-shirt
Player of the game shirts for each game
Medals and team photos for the top 3 division finishers

Important Documents: (roster must be submitted and typed out on the spreadsheet, rosters in any other format will not be accepted)
Schedules: Division schedules will be posted on the Alberta Basketball website by February 28, 2020 as a general draw. Once final team confirmation has been determined, the schedules will be updated accordingly with team names prior to the tournament (by Tuesday, March 3, 2020).
